What Students Don't Want in Class

I have not yet seen any student in my 5 years teaching ESL want is an unprepared professor.  When you have a class plan you quickly engage the students and sustain their interest longer. Classes can be more productive just by having a plan and delivering it with conviction. Students like to see a professor who is, above all, a well spoken and assertive delivery.
